Customer Relationship Management and Helpdesk module is available as an Add-on part. Although tightly integrated with other part of the CBS, it has all the required facilities of a standard CRM. Banks can opt for this to increase customer relations.

BI tool is now a requirement and not a luxury. We have entered into a strategic partnership with a BI Company to offer a customised BI Tool as an Add-on. This can be a great value for analysis and Decision Making for Top and Middle Management.

Anti-Money Laundering and Suspicious Transaction Reporting are now a compulsory requirement. We have integrated this module with our main CBS Software to give complete control on all parameter-rules (as specified by RBI and updated time to time).
